While respecting the contributions of our mentors, we seek to expand and further develop the Integrative Dry Needling concept.  Each of our instructors have extensive training in Neurologic Dry Needling and in it's clinical application. Dr. Frank Gargano

Dr. Frank Gargano

PT, DPT, CIDN, MCTA, CWE

Dr. Frank Gargano has 30 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience with the majority of those years as the owner of a successful private practice. He and Dr Ma have worked together since 2007 on developing IDN's Neurologic Dry Needling model. He is also a Mulligan Concept Instructor and an international speaker on the integration of manual therapy and dry needling treatments.

Dr. Yun-tao Ma

Dr. Yun-tao Ma, PhD is an educator, writer, scientist, and founder of the American Dry Needling Institute in Boulder Colorado. He is an internationally recognized speaker and highly respected authority in Pain Management, Sports and Sports Rehabilitation.

Dave Griswold IDN Instructor

Dr. David Griswold

PhD

Dr. Griswold is an Assistant Professor at Youngstown State University in the Department of Physical Therapy. He received his certification in dry needling through Dr. Ma’s Biomedical Dry Needling Institute. Clinically, David has specialized in orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation. Dr. Griswold is also a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars and a Certified Mulligan Concept Practitioner (CMP).

Dr. Nick Sanders

Dr. Nick Sanders

Dr. Nick Sanders is the owner of PHYT For Function LLC a private, cash based physical therapy office in Hudson, OH where he specializes in treating sports, orthopedic and vestibular conditions. Nick was personally trained and certified by Dr. Frank Gargano, who he has worked with using the IDN system since 2012.

Stephanie is a practicing physical therapist at a hospital based outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Uniontown, Ohio. She specializes in the treatment of dizziness, balance disorders, concussion, headaches, cervical spine dysfunction, and general orthopedic conditions.

Dr. TJ Stevenson

TJ received his Masters of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Utah Department of Physical Therapy in 2002. After 6 years working in private practice he returned to the University of Utah to complete a transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Dr. Steven Coppola

Dr. Steven Coppola is the founder of the six Coppola Physical Therapy facilities in New Hampshire and has over 20 years experience in the field. He was instrumental in bringing trigger point dry needling to the Physical Therapy profession in the state. He has now turned his attention to bringing Diagnostic Ultrasound to Physical Therapists and other health care professionals through IDN.

Nina Kelly

Nina Kelly

Nina is a practicing physical therapist at the Cleveland Clinic- Main Campus. Nina received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami, and completed her Orthopedic Residency in 2019 and Manual Therapy Fellowship in 2020 at THE Ohio State. Nina performed her fellowship research on low back pain and dry needling and has been practicing dry needling for nearly 4 years utilizing the Integrative Dry Needling System.

Natalie Hawkins

Natalie is a practicing physical therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Manhattan, Kansas. Natalie received her bachelor’s degree in Physiological Science in 2012 from UCLA, and earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2016. She has experience treating patients across the lifespan ranging from infancy to geriatrics and various diagnoses including vestibular dysfunction and orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Moore is a highly regarded and sought after pioneer, teacher and author in the quickly emerging field of musculoskeletal sonography. His straightforward, easily understood teaching methods have been deemed essential to shortening the learning curve for medical practitioners, medical sonographers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and allied health professionals as they develop expertise in MSK sonography.

Glenn Flaming

PT, MPT, Cert-MSUC, CIDN

Glenn Flaming PT, MPT, Cert-MSUC, CIDN is the President and founder of Flaming Physical Therapy in Damariscotta Maine (1998). Glenn has 30 years of orthopedic and sports Physical Therapy experience, including over 6 years of Dry Needling experience. Glenn received his diagnostic ultrasound training through MSK Masters and the Integrative Dry Needling Institute. He is one of the inaugural clinicians to receive the Cert-MSUC from IDN. He is now an instructor for the Diagnostic Ultrasound for Tendinopathy course. Glenn is active in conducting research toward validating the use of ultrasound guided dry needling for tendon healing and regeneration.

Cody Metropoulos

Cody is an occupational therapist and the lead certified hand therapist practicing out of Columbus Ohio at OrthoNeuro. Cody received her degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2003 and has been dedicated to working with the upper extremity for the last 15 years. Cody is also the owner of a cash based private practice where she treats the whole body with respect to optimizing occupational performance and occupational health for her patients. She is a member of the American Society of Hand therapists.

Dino Divincenzo operations manager

Dino is the Director of Operations at IDN. Dino manages, coordinates and oversees the daily business operations. He has over 10 years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy clinic working alongside Dr. Gargano, Dr. Griswold, and Dr. Sanders. Dino is the owner of Functional Fitness Consulting, LLC, a private fitness company in Cleveland, OH and is certified through NASM and Workability Systems.

Vasil Hadji Jordanov

Vasil is the technology person at IDN. With over twenty years of IT experience, he manages the IDN online ecosystem. Vasil is the owner of Solaris Intelligence, a technology consulting company for developing and deploying intelligent business solutions for its clients.
