Dr. Frank Gargano has 30 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience with the majority of those years as the owner of a successful private practice. He and Dr Ma have worked together since 2007 on developing IDN's Neurologic Dry Needling model. He is also a Mulligan Concept Instructor and an international speaker on the integration of manual therapy and dry needling treatments.

Dr. Yun-tao Ma, PhD is an educator, writer, scientist, and founder of the American Dry Needling Institute in Boulder Colorado. He is an internationally recognized speaker and highly respected authority in Pain Management, Sports and Sports Rehabilitation.

Dr. Griswold is an Assistant Professor at Youngstown State University in the Department of Physical Therapy. He received his certification in dry needling through Dr. Ma’s Biomedical Dry Needling Institute. Clinically, David has specialized in orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation. Dr. Griswold is also a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars and a Certified Mulligan Concept Practitioner (CMP).

He was instrumental in bringing trigger point dry needling to the Physical Therapy profession in the state. Glenn Flaming PT, MPT, Cert-MSUC, CIDN is the President and founder of Flaming Physical Therapy in Damariscotta Maine (1998). Glenn has 30 years of orthopedic and sports Physical Therapy experience, including over 6 years of Dry Needling experience. Glenn received his diagnostic ultrasound training through MSK Masters and the Integrative Dry Needling Institute. He is one of the inaugural clinicians to receive the Cert-MSUC from IDN. He is now an instructor for the Diagnostic Ultrasound for Tendinopathy course. Glenn is active in conducting research toward validating the use of ultrasound guided dry needling for tendon healing and regeneration.

Cody is an occupational therapist and the lead certified hand therapist practicing out of Columbus Ohio at OrthoNeuro. Cody received her degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2003 and has been dedicated to working with the upper extremity for the last 15 years. Cody is also the owner of a cash based private practice where she treats the whole body with respect to optimizing occupational performance and occupational health for her patients. She is a member of the American Society of Hand therapists.

Cara J Bacher, OTR/L, CIDN began using the IDN system in 2019 under Dr. Nick Sanders. She currently owns PHYT for Function, seven cash based manual therapy clinics around NE Ohio. She further owns a recovery center, the Youngstown Wellness Lab and co-owns a gym in Cleveland, PHYT CLE.
