Hi, my brother-in-law was just diagnosed with a Morton's neuroma on his great toe. He was told by the doctor at Kaiser, the neuroma could not be removed because it will affect his balance. About 8 years ago, he had a brain tumor removed and the result was a significant impact to his balance, so he can't do any more balance impairments. He is in a lot of pain. Can I needle him for the pain? I would appreciate direction. Thank you.   doris
