Troy has been providing exceptional care since 1990 in the outpatient and home care setting in the South Jersey Region. He received his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware in 1988. He further received his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey in affiliation with Rutgers University in 1990. Troy is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Troy is Credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of Spinal Disorders by the International McKenzie Institute and as an Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association. Troy is Certified in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Y-Balance and he is a Graston Provider. His expertise is in the area of mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine (neck and back pain), advanced knee and shoulder rehabilitation, Temporomandibular Joint Disorders, headaches, orthotic fabrication for ankle/foot disorders, Integrative Dry Needling, and sports medicine. Troy has a special interest and expertise in the prevention and treatment of the overhead athlete. An experienced clinician with an extensive specialty training background, Troy has worked with the U.S. Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastics team and was a fitness evaluator to the U.S. Olympic Ice-Skating team. He has lectured for the UMDNJ/Rutgers Physical Therapy Program, the Athletic Trainer’s Association of Southern New Jersey, the Burlington County Athletic Trainer’s Association and various other professional and youth sports organizations. Troy has been an Adjunct Instructor for Widener University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program since 2016. He also served on the Legislative Committee for the New Jersey Chapter of the APTA from November 1994 to May 1997. Additionally, Troy has written protocols for rehabilitation following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and following rotator cuff repair, which have been utilized by many orthopedic surgeons in the Southern New Jersey region. Troy currently provides yearly Coaches Safety education for Mount Laurel Baseball and Softball and enjoys spending time with his family, boating, golfing, pickleball, water skiing and snow skiing.
