Friday – 7:30 am registration – Course: 8:00 am to 6:00pm
Saturday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday – 8:00 am to 4- 5:00 pm

AIRPORT: PHX Sky Harbor (30 min from venue) or Mesa Gateway airport (20 min from venue)

PARKING: On Friday please park along the west side and near the back to allow more spaces available for patients. Saturday and Sunday parking the covered parking spaces will be available for all participants.

MISC: The course will beheld in the room located upstairs through the double doors on the right. If you take the elevator, the double doors are on the left-hand side. (West side of building)
