Miscellaneous :  Free Parking.  Clinic is located within a strip plaza called, “Fairlawn Town Center”.

The clinic is located through the double doors next to Great Clips and the Cell phone repair store. Take the stairs (or elevator) up to the second floor. Once on the 2nd floor, take a left and the clinic is located all the way down the hall with a golfer decal on our doors. Door to the right is the main entrance.
