DR. NATALIE HAWKINS

PT, DPT, CIDN

Natalie is a practicing physical therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Manhattan, Kansas. Natalie received her bachelor’s degree in Physiological Science in 2012 from UCLA and earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2016. She has experience treating patients across the lifespan ranging from infancy to geriatrics and various diagnoses including vestibular dysfunction and orthopedic conditions.

Natalie began her dry needling training through the Integrative Dry Needling Institute in 2017 and received her certification after completing the advanced course in 2019. Practicing as an Certified Integrative Dry Needling Specialist, Natalie recognized how the IDN method was more effective in treating patients with chronic conditions compared to other dry needling approaches, and became interested in teaching these neurologic dry needling principles to other practitioners to optimize patient outcomes. Natalie is currently an assistant instructor for the Integrative Dry Needling Institute.

“IDN is such an invaluable clinical tool because of the versatility and ease which it integrates into manual therapy treatments”
