Dr. Frank Gargano has over 30 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, private practice management, and clinical education. Throughout his career, he has consistently advanced patient care by blending expert manual therapy with neurologically-driven dry needling strategies.

As the founder of the Integrative Dry Needling Institute (IDN), Dr. Gargano developed a structured clinical model that moves far beyond traditional myofascial trigger point needling. IDN trains clinicians to assess and treat the true drivers of pain — nerve inflammation, central and peripheral sensitization — through a systemic understanding of neurophysiology. The IDN model integrates seamlessly with manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education, empowering clinicians to normalize afferent input, desensitize the nervous system, and restore functional movement patterns.
