Dr. Natalie Hawkins, PT, DPT, CIDN, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy working in Manhattan, Kansas with a passion for helping people live fuller, more active lives. A proud graduate of UCLA (undergraduate) and the University of Southern California (Doctorate in Physical Therapy), Dr. Hawkins has built her practice around a distinctive approach to care: blending evidence-based manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and the specialized technique of integrative dry needling.

Unlike traditional dry needling methods that can feel aggressive or overly intense, integrative dry needling is a more precise and gentle intervention. It targets points along your nervous system to modulate pain, reduce inflammation, and restore normal movement patterns. This innovative technique can be effectively applied to a wide range of conditions—from chronic low back pain and tendon injuries to complex neurologic disorders like Parkinson’s disease.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Hawkins teaches dry needling nationwide through the Integrative Dry Needling Institute, training other healthcare professionals to deliver this advanced treatment safely and effectively.
