Casey Baczewski graduated from the University of Vermont Doctoral Physical Therapy program in 2016 and has since worked in a orthopedic and sports-based private practice in South Burlington, Vermont.  Casey has a special interest in rehabilitation, injury reduction strategies, and lifestyle changes for active individuals of any age. She has been coaching Crossfit at Threshold Training since 2013 and holds numerous certifications for Olympic weightlifting and gymnastic-based movements. Actively coaching Crossfit while completing her physical therapy education has provided Casey with a unique perspective on the musculoskeletal and metabolic demands of barbell and bodyweight movements. She hopes to help individuals incorporate their rehabilitative goals within their current exercise program.  Since completing IDN Foundation course in 2018, dry needling has become an integral treatment to help her patients and athletes remain active and healthy.
