Anthony Yengo

Member since: December 11th, 2024

Clinically, Anthony specializes in orthopedic and manual physical therapy with a focus on the spine, pelvis, lower extremity, and shoulder complex. He has a strong interest in athletic and movement‑related injuries and extensive experience helping patients transition from pain or injury back to full participation in sport, work, and daily life. His dry needling training through the Integrative Dry Needling Institute is often incorporated to help reduce pain, restore movement, and support optimal rehabilitation outcomes when appropriate.

Anthony has worked with athletes of all ages and ability levels, from youth sports to professional and elite competitors. He has traveled internationally with USA Track & Field for multiple competitions and has treated athletes across a wide range of disciplines. In addition, he serves as the consulting physical therapist for Village Theatre in Issaquah, supporting performers through the unique physical demands of live stage production.

Originally from upstate New York, Anthony moved to the Seattle area in 2002. Prior to founding Quest Physical Therapy, he served as the head athletic trainer at both Redmond High School and Lake Washington High School. He has also volunteered as a coach and athletic trainer with East Lake Youth Football, reflecting his longstanding commitment to youth development, injury prevention, and community involvement. These experiences have shaped his belief in long‑term athlete development and the importance of bridging the gap between rehabilitation, performance, and lifelong physical activity.

In 2010, Anthony and his wife Laura founded Quest Physical Therapy with a clear vision: to create a private practice centered on exceptional one‑on‑one patient care, professional growth, and a supportive, collaborative clinic culture. As both a clinician and owner, Anthony places a high value on mentorship, teamwork, and continual learning. He takes pride in supporting physical therapists as they grow clinically and professionally, and in creating an environment where patients and staff alike feel genuinely cared for and respected.
