Jenna earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 from the University of Findlay where she also played collegiate volleyball. Jenna comes with 11 years of experience specializing in orthopedics/sports medicine. She is also a pelvic health therapist and certified nutrition coach via Precision Nutrition. Jenna is able to provide dry needling, cupping, ASTYM, manual therapy, individualized strength programs, and ACL prevention/return to play programs.

Jenna resides in Ottawa with her husband, Kory, and 2 children (Zoey and Bryson).
