I have been looking into vagus nerve stimulation / monitoring HR variability and the potential impact on decreasing inflammation in the body. I have seen information about the acupuncture stomach 36 pt, L upper and lower tragus, humming, and gargling. I was wondering if you had thoughts on using certain homeostatic pts to up regulate the vagus n activity.
