I am currently treating a 48-year-old male patient with varicocele, experiencing Rt testicular pain. While he is responding positively to manual interventions, the patient is still experiencing occasional pain with activities like biking. I'm curious if any of you have treated this condition with dry needling. If you have, could you share the specific points you targeted?

Thanks

Hi Mamta,

I would needle the TL paravertebrals s corresponding with testicular innervation.  I would also needle the ilioinquinal, genitofemoral cutaneous nerves (advanced course) to address the pain- continue with the manual therapy!
