From midline, you can needle the inferior medial and lateral gastrocnemeus muscle bellies and the soleus between the distal medial and lateral gastrocnemius and also slightly inferior. You will also need to perform superficial cutaneus tissue mobilization with skin rolling or cupping along the cutaneous tract to the lateral foot. You can also needle along the subcutaneous tract after cupping or manual therapy all the way to the foot to address the neurogenic inflammation itself. This is a link a videos of injection sites for Sural neuritis/entrapment.
