How long would you wait (or at all) after patient is suffering severe 8-9/10 tinnitus post MVA and has concussion oculomotor symptoms as well?

H Kate,

You don't wait- in fact it will create more issues with neurogenic inflammation if you do - need to get needles in place ASAP.  Trigeminal, Greater auricular, occipital, if you are advanced trained auriculotemporal and lesser occipital.  work on the cervical paraspinal and especially SCM are the basics- cranial needling is also helpful but time is important to reduce the negative patterns that set up post MVA.
