Could we needle post laminectomy patients in paravertebral points with superficial technique, with shorter needle? What about patients with implanted spinal stimulator?

Yes you can do superficial needling over a laminectomy site safely. In patients with spinal stimulators I would suggest that you stay away from the exact location of the stimulation but proximal and certainly distal down the nerve distribution makes clinical sense.
