Anyone know if this is contraindicated? I can't find any literature. The known locations would be avoided, but assume I won't be able to completely assure other sites are free. I'd palpate for superficial and deep abnormalities and avoid suspicious areas. Guess I could always request imaging site to rule out before needling? Love to hear some thoughts.
