I purchased all my needle disposal containers from Amazon with no disposal included. My local hospital and fire department will not take them. My practice has no set up disposal of biohazard materials and does not want a monthly fee involved with disposal since we are a small practice and I am the only P.T. who does needling. How do I dispose of my needles?

Throw them in the garbage.

I am not sure what state you are in but the majority allow you to close and lock the lid on the sharp's container and throw it away in the garbage like RWoods has recommended. Here is the site that is in the course manual: www.safeneedledisposal.org
