Good morning. I am going to start doing dry needling on the side here in Indiana. I am looking for some feedback on what you charge for initial sessions and follow-up sessions. If any one has a sample sheet they are willing to share, that would be awesome. I have an attorney working on a liability release for me as well. Any other little clinical or administrative nuggets you want to share are always welcome.
