Thank you Frank, Natalie and Christina for your responses. I am glad to have this forum. Christina, I would refer you to Natalie's post, as she is having success with her method. I ended up not doing needling with the pt that I had with CRPS, since all of a sudden, after 4 weeks with mirror therapy, some desensitization therapy, manual techniques and OTC shoe inserts, she walked in reporting almost no pain. That was my first experience using mirror therapy. I was skeptical, but it gave her great relief. 🙂
