Our clinic is in the process of switching over from paper charts to paperless and keeping all documentation in our EMR. We have used the IDN body charts to document our dry needling and then manually scanning and uploading them into charts. Are any other clinicians using IDN body charts or documenting in a way that would support paperless documentation? Open to any and all recommendations or advice.
