Hey all,

I am seeing a patient who has had increased frontal and temporal headaches since December2022. She also had lumbar spinal stimulator placed early December. Prior to this, she had no history of headaches. She is extremely TTP along suboccipitals with the typical forward head, rounded shoulder thoracic kyphotic posture. She said that her doctor has looked at placement and states that everything looks normal on his end.

I am wondering if anyone has experience with this/has seen this in the past? Any suggestions on needle locations I should definitely be focusing on other than subocciptals, cervical, temporalis, supraorbital, infraorbital?

thank you!
