Hey Docs, I have a patient with severe anxiety, depression and panic attacks and wanted to know if any of you have had success with DN decreasing some of those symptoms and if so where is the best place to DN to have the most impact on the nervous system in relation to these symptoms? Any advice is welcome, thank you for your time in advance!

God Bless,
Dr. Russell

Hi Dr. Russell,
There is FMRi research showing that needling effects the limbic system, which is one area for anxiety and the best way to access this area would be through the homeostatic points so do as many of those as you can and leave the needles in for 20 min ( based on a research paper stating the ANS is stimulated up to 21 min then after the effect reduces.
Hope that helps!
Dr. Frank
