I have a patient who has come in wanting dry needling for the neck, but they have chronic leukemia. Is this a contraindication? I was glancing through the book and have done some online research and found conflicting answers. I would appreciate any input.

I have no experience dry needling patients with co-existing leukemia diagnoses. Consider discussing your plan of care with the patient's haem/oncologist and PCP.
