A patient asked me today if anyone had ever told me that 2-3 days after dry needling they noticed increased anxiety. She has been noticing this and is also getting some soreness for a few days so it seems like a plausible factor to me. I have seen more immediate onset of those types of NS responses. Anyone have any similar reactions or scientific explanations for the delay?
