I have been practicing in Outpatient Orthopedic Clinics since graduating in 2005. I began in Cincinnati working with sports, general orthopedics, worker compensation, and post-operative patients. I moved to Columbus to work in Sports Medicine in 2009, but also worked closely with the general orthopedic patient as well. Since 2012 I have moved back to a general orthopedic clinic and see a large variety of patients treating differing orthopedic diagnosis specifically spine and extremities, but also positional vertigo and balance. I have studied and practiced using many modalities and tools to benefit my patients including Graston Technique, Manual Therapies, Kinesiotaping, Light/Laser Therapy and now Integrative Dry Needling Technique. My goal is to give people tools to help their bodies heal and teach stability, prevention and posturing to decrease unwanted stress and inflammation on their bodies, so they can participate in life to their fullest capabilities.
