From an early age Brett found himself enamored with physical fitness as a means to improve performance and never looked back. This led him to earn a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois. Brett then went on to Northwestern University to earn a doctoral degree in physical therapy. Brett has experienced fighting back from his own injuries and has helped other athletes return to the field during his time as a team physical therapist for DePaul University's Division I Athletic Programs. This unique perspective enables Brett to push his clients towards gains in strength, endurance, power, and agility while improving their movement inefficiencies and reducing their risk for injury. His saying “Everyone has their inner athlete” shapes his approach with each patient. His energy and attention to detail are unparalleled and Brett considers each individual’s goals, addressing all strengths or weaknesses, to find each person's “inner athlete”.
