Friday – Conference Room 1315
Saturday and Sunday – PT Gym

COURES HOURS: 

Friday – 7:30 am registration – Course: 8:00 am to 6:00pm
Saturday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday – 8:00 am to 4- 5:00 pm

PARKING: Ample parking located in C lot in the rear of the hospital. Please do not park close to the hospital in D lot as this is reserved for patients.

MISCELLANEOUS: Friday the course will be held in Conference Room 1315. Turn left at the information desk when you enter the Total Joint and Spine entrance. The first left after that will be the cafeteria. Room 1315 is right after the cafeteria. For Saturday and Sunday, report to the PT Gym.
