The Hip: More than Bursitis

The most common hip pain diagnosis is “bursitis”. Note:The SI Joint is not the Hip. Precise evaluation of bursitis…or the absence of it is discussed. Piriformis and Sciatic Nerve imaging is presented. Acetabular Labrum tears, Ilio Psoas Tendon, Gluteus Minimus and Gluteus Medius Tendons. Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve is included.
