The energy of the instructor and the course material was great. There was a great balance of didactic and lab based information that helped the content stick. The course was low stress and had an environment suitable for learning. I feel confident in dry needling.
The comprehensiveness and depth of the IDN courses is unmatched. Being able to walk into the clinic and having the knowledge and skills to treat patients is the best part.
I have taken training on many medical topics at some of the finest medical institutions, including Johns Hopkins, Mayo and others. Dr. Frank Gargano is the best instructor I’ve ever had.
I have looked at other dry needling courses, but in searching, this one seemed to make the most sense for how my brain works. This weekend, I learned so much in how to take care of the neuromuscular processes versus just the points of pain, for hopefully longer lasting results. Sonya and Stephanie made it interesting, explained everything well and …
IDN courses are hands down the best continuing education courses I have taken in my 20 years of practicing PT. Such a great review of utilization of anatomy and neurology. Application of IDN to my practice of PT has been such a benefit to my patients.
Excellent course for learning the technical skills of dry needling, as well as comprehensive review of the functional neurology. I would highly recommend this course.
This course was excellent. I feel ready to perform dry needling right away. Best course I have been to in years.
These courses have been a positive and effective learning experience. The foundation and advanced courses have impacted my clinical practice greatly and were easy to integrate immediately following the course.
This course is so informative but laid out in a conductive learning environment keeping you engaged and able to immediately retain skill and information to directly begin using in the clinical application.
The advanced IDN course has taken my understating of dry needling and the nervous system to the next level. Just like I don’t know how I practiced PT without dry needling, I don’t know how I dry needled with out the knowledge I attained in the advanced course.
The advanced training has provide me with a greater appreciation for incorporating the peripheral nervous system into treatment planning to truly capture a more comprehensive plan to address dysfunction and pain.
