      Any recommendations/experiences needling for CRPS following foot fracture (non-surgical but with prolonged immobilization)? Anyone know of any studies with needling and CRPS/RSD?

        Heres an article on ultrasound guided dry needling for complex regional pain syndrome type 1.
        There is a central component to CRPS so we recommend initially staying proximal to the involved area with a focus on the paravertebrals etc.
