Policy and Procedure

      Recently I have been instructed to not provide IDN services to my patients as corporate has no specific policy and procedure in place. I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide a basic policy and procedure outline that I would be able to expand upon. We are also planning to create this as a cash based service unless someone can provide a way to obtain reimbursement through insurance companies.
