Have a great deal of patients with medial joint O.A. Don’t see myself getting into meniscus or associated structures. Anybody have any treatment parameters they have seen success with for this type of pain pattern?
What all have you tried?
I like coming down the saphenous nerve distribution sometime with multiple needles in the “box” if you will. Adding ENS for added central effects in this distribution can be great in chronic OA conditions.
I also find if I can get the pain to clear with tibial Internal rotation MWM posterior knee, lateral and medial popliteal, common fibular, and near popliteus have worked well.
Let us know how it goes.
