I have a large Crossfit population and was wondering if there is a benefit to a once a month “homeostasis type” needling for athlete maintenance. vs them just seeing me when injury. If so, would you just do certain homeostatic points to keep the body in equilibrium? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Megan,
100%. You will find your athletes benefit immensely from hitting the homeostatic points. Then customize it a bit from there if a certain area is particularly sore.
With my Crossfit athletes I like adding in some anterior hip and if you’ve taken the advanced course lat and teres work with the amount of pulling they do.
Not sure which course is right for you? No problem – we created an intuitive process to help!
