Are there any home health physical therapists practicing IDN? How are you billing/ documenting/ getting needling covered in home health?

I own and operate a cash based PT practice in Michigan. My practice is not home health, but I have made house calls on many occasions. While I do not bill insurance, I do provide reimbursement forms for patients with procedural coding, and group needling under manual therapy. I know of other physical therapy clinics who offer dry needling strictly as a cash pay service on the side of billed services. Hope this helps!
