Dry Needling in Post-Op Shoulder

      I have a patient who just underwent a posterior shoulder labral repair. He has done very well with dry needling treatment prior to surgery to his upper traps and I am wondering if there is any contraindication to this treatment in him post-operatively as long as I stay away from his GH joint.
