I have a crossfit guy who starting using the whoop band to measure heart rate variability for his recovery. Had to test things out. We started needling all of the homeostatic points once a week for the last couple weeks. His whoop recovery band is showing improved recovery so far since adding the needling. I will make an update soon.
Has anyone else seen any changes in resting heart rate or using the WHOOP band or something similar.
My practice in inside a strength and conditioning gym so I have several clients utilize the Whoop and other devices.
I have also seen some incredible changes in HRV with IDN. I have had my clients send me their results and metrics from their devices and it just amazes me when I see resting HR change, sleep parameters improve!
