DN on a patient with chronic non-union of humerus fx

      Hello all,

      Has anyone had experience with dry needling effects on a patient s/p humeral nailing after traumatic fx? She is 5 months out and is not showing signs of healing. Her next step is bone stimulator. She is 78 years old with minimal comorbidities ( hypothyroid) and otherwise healthy individual.

      My thought was to stick to homeostatic points to at least assist with pain. Does anyone have any thoughts on results/risks?
