Hi! I have not. I have had some good results needling old surgical scars in the periphery, especially when adding e-stim. I do have a colleague who reports some improvements in post mastectomy axillary scarring/cording with careful dry needling under the supervision of an oncologist and lymphedema therapist. I am also attaching a published case study treating chest wall tightness with dry needling and e stim. Although this does not answer your question, it is all I have to offer.
