Dr. Lamothe joined Anatomix in August 2017 after 10 years of working in Shreveport, Louisiana at the LSUHSC hospital and Willis Knighton health system in a variety of settings. Tony graduated from LSUHSC-Shreveport in 2007 with his Master’s of Physical Therapy. He worked at the LSUHSC-Shreveport level 1 trauma center while earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009. He graduated in 2004 from the University of Louisiana at Monroe as well as being a member of the baseball team. He has worked a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient wound care, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, acute care, but his passion and skills are best suited for the outpatient orthopedic and performance population.
Since Tony has joined Anatomix he has continued to improve on his clinical skills and knowledge. In addition to Integrative Dry Needling, he has participated in a variety of continuing education programs including the Spinal Manipulation Institute, Titleist Performance Institute, and the Institute of Clinical Excellence. His goal is to help his patient achieve their goals no matter what age or skill set. His patient's have gone on to successfully return to sport and achieve college scholarships, compete professionally, and qualify for world known races like the Boston and New York City marathons.
