Dr. Montana Fain earned her BS in Accounting from Auburn University in 2006. Following years in the food and beverage industry and in office management, she found a calling towards healthcare. It was through her personal experiences with chronic low back pain, as well as rehabbing her dog after multiple orthopedic surgeries, she decided to pursue physical therapy. Montana earned a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from South College in 2019, with honors. Since then she has become certified in Dry Needling and is working towards a Board Certified Specialty in Geriatrics. Montana has a love of movement and enjoys finding new ways of keeping active. She is an avid yogi, CrossFit enthusiast, and loves to hike, but is always exploring new activities. Outside of the clinic, Montana can be found hanging out with her partner, Brandon, and their 3 dogs, enjoying this beautiful corner of the world.
Montana combines evidence-based practice with a patient-centered approach in order to provide effective, compassionate care. She is passionate about helping others and providing the tools to continue to move and age gracefully.
