Dr. Porachan-Settle has been involved with athletes, industrial workers, and orthopedic patients as both a physical therapist since (2010) and a certified athletic trainer (1991). She is currently a PT/ATC with USAWrestling and USDGC. Dr. Porachan-Settle has also be instrumental in teaching industrial workers how to prevent injuries and take ownership of their health. Dr. Porachan-Settle also works with companies evaluating ergonomic and functional demands of the workers individual jobs. In 2017, she established Athletic Training Services, LLC to provide contract medical services to athletes of all levels, individuals and companies to prevent and reduce injury duration.
