My practice emphasizes the following:

Philosophy of Care

  • Prevention. I help patients improve body mechanics in order to reduce further injury or need for surgical intervention. Prevention is dramatically easier, safer, and less painful than recovery.
  • Full-body care. Knee pain can be more complicated than just knee pain. I assess the entire chain from the core to low-back to the ankle to determine if the pain or injury is the result of another area of dysfunction.
  • Education and autonomy. My appointments allow time for discussion. It’s important to me that my patients understand the cause of injury and have all their questions answered. We discuss options to ensure that the treatment plan meets specific needs and goals.

Physical therapy is a personal passion– I have been in practice for over 15 years and love it now just as much as when I started.

I enjoy trying new activities to push my body and improve my health and weight. I’ve run three marathons, twelve half-marathons, and sprint triathlons. My new-found passions are CrossFit, olympic lifting, and yoga.

I am from Cincinnati and moved to Fort Collins 10 years ago. I love that the mountains are so close that I can load up Harper, my Weimeraner, and go camping on the weekend.
