Kristen is the founder of Remedy Performance PT. She attenended Belmont University School of Physical Therapy and received a Doctor of Physical Therpay degree in 2000. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics for seven years, and has served as a clinical director for 4 years.
As a competitive athlete her entire life, Kristen understands the importance of remaining injury free during training, but also shares an empathetic point of view when injuries do occur. The goal of her physical therapy practice is to assess the problem area, determine the factors contributing to the injury, provide treatment to eliminate pain and restore function, and to return the athlete to sport as soon as possible.
