Dr. Evan Scher, PT, DPT is a Tennessee state licensed physical therapist who received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky in 2016. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Maryland, College Park in 2012. Evan’s clinical experience has been with outpatient orthopedic and skilled nursing facilities working with adult geriatric and sports populations. Evan’s goal with every patient is to restore function and improve quality of life while empowering them with education, strategies and techniques to maintain their progress. Evan evaluates and treats patients using a holistic approach combining knowledge and understanding of anatomy and function, movement patterns, postural awareness, gait analysis and lifestyle factors. He has had extensive clinical education and experience relating to balance impairment and fall prevention, and utilizes manual therapy techniques and integrative dry needling in his treatment approach.
