
Liz has recently moved to Minnesota from California, where she was an athletic trainer working in a strength and fitness setting in the Bay Area for 17 years. She has experience with acute athletic injury care on the field and in the training room and has worked collaboratively with DPT's and chiropractors to provide her clients with the best service in the industry. She has spent much of her time working with general active clientele. Specific areas of expertise include working with prenatal clients, endurance athletes, CrossFitters, and weightlifters. She is working toward becoming a nurse practitioner.
