Crystal Wright

Crystal Wright, founder of XERT Sports Medicine, has been passionate about sports performance and injury rehabilitation since she was a young athlete herself back in Chicago. As an athletic trainer at North Central College, she worked with a variety of college teams and frontline medical staff for the Chicago Marathon along with playing doubles sand volleyball and collegiate indoor volleyball. She helped run the Extreme Volleyball Professionals (EVP) sand tour in the Midwest along with coaching girls club indoor and sand volleyball. Crystal has worked with USA National Indoor Men’s and Women’s Volleyball teams alongside their medical staff in Anaheim, CA. After graduating from A.T. Still University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she returned to California to work with EXOS and L.A. Galaxy Soccer’s professional athletes. Her appreciation for goal-oriented athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone who is driven to move and improve, has motivated her to start XERT Sports Medicine and join MOVE Human Performance Center’s team. She believes in whole-person healthcare and is devoted to teaching her patients how to take their health into their own hands by optimizing movement through functional rehabilitation.
