Chris is both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a strength and conditioning coach with a passion for bridging the gap between rehabilitation, injury prevention and training. He worked in the strength and performance industry for more than 10 years before returning to school to pursue physical therapy. During his career, he worked with collegiate athletes, high school students, and health minded adults of every age. This unique experience allows Chris to adapt rehabilitation and training needs to every level and anticipate potential injuries to focus on prevention.
