Dr. Mancuso earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University in 2012, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University in 2015. She has treated patients with varying orthopedic diagnoses and surgeries such as, postoperative total knee and hip replacements, arthroscopic rotator cuff and meniscal repairs, ACL reconstructions, cervical and lumbar spinal fusions, laminectomies, osteoarthritis, pediatric patients, as well as other muscle, tendon, and ligament pathologies. She has also worked with patients with neurological conditions like Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and other balance and gait dysfunctions. Chelsea emphasizes one-on-one approach with her patients. She focuses on patient specific manual techniques, exercise prescription, and education to restore patients to their highest quality of life.
Dr. Mancuso is certified in Graston Technique, which she uses to help further improve soft tissue and joint restriction. She’s trained in Kinesio Taping and the Maitland Approach that she utilizes to diversify her treatment approach.
